I try to wake up and every day set that gear.

That's awesome. So what does mindfulness mean to you, Denise?

Well, you know, I love that question because it's something that we try to incorporate daily.

And then when we try to define it, you know, how do we perceive it? How do we explain it?

And I love this because I have young nephews.

And I thought about, you know what, how would I explain it to them? And so, you know, mindfulness,

I think is literally about keeping in mind the fullness of life. And the fullness of life truly

comes from, you know, how we each experience the world around us and how we reflect upon that experience.

To me, it's almost like understanding that the world is constantly reminding us to be mindful, to, you know,

remind ourselves of our experience, our unique experiences. And it can be in really simple ways, like, you know, road signs. You know, I'm taken
