At a meet the press on Sunday, most recently, former President Donald Trump was asked about

his intention, his thoughts, his remarks about bringing peace to Ukraine, about ending the

conflict that is baggaring the people of Europe as well as damaging the comity around

the world.

Mr. Trump said, I'd make a fair deal for everybody.

I'd make it fair.

He went on to say, and these are quotes, you know, in response to whether it would be a

win for Putin.

You know that's something that could have been negotiated because there were certain parts

coming in other parts of the country that a lot of people expected could happen.

You could have made a deal.

So they could have made a deal when there's where there's lesser territory right now

than Russia's already taken, to be honest, end quote.

I don't make sense of all of this because John Bolton's here, John Bolton, former ambassador

to the United Nations, former National Security Advisor, writing at the Washington Examiner

about Mr. Trump's boasting that he could bring peace to the Ukraine.

Mr. Zelensky in a recent visit to the United States to speak at the UN, and then in Washington

to meet with important members of the Hill, calls upon Mr. Trump to clarify his deal what

he would do, how he would bring peace.
