President Biden has vowed continued U.S. support for Ukraine after further military

funding was excluded from a last-minute congressional budget deal.

I welcome Brad Bowman of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies, because in

a very helpful conversation recently recorded by Brad with the Assistant Secretary of Defense

for International Security Affairs Celeste Wallender, I learned a deal about how money and

weapons are flowing to Ukraine and how these momentary headlines in the halls of Congress

I believe if I follow the podcast and the Assistant Secretary correctly is not profound

when it comes to getting weapons into the hands of the Ukrainians in the Donbass and

throughout the country during this time of decision-making about next year's campaign

season.
