The Secretary made these remarks at a C5 plus 1 meeting in Kazakhstan.

That's Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

Former Soviet socialists, republics, now going separate ways, whose Pakistan is quite rich.

Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are not, although they're rich in natural resources.
