Ukraine crisis, I've heard anecdotally that Ukraine's Air Defence Command now has to choose what cities is going to defend,

that whereas a majority of the incoming from the Russian field artillery

and missile firings used to be down, the drones were down, the missiles were down, now

most of them are getting through. At the same time, I'm told

anecdotally that some of the artillery units are down to two shells a day or worse. Why?

Because the supplemental at the end of

2023 was the last according to John Kirby of the National Security Council

that it can flow through to Kief and to continue the war and to maintain the population.

Josh is here to explain the status of the additional request by the White House of Congress.

It's been some time since we summarize this negotiation over Ukraine aid.

I understand that it's interrelated with other packages,

one for the border, possibly for Israel,

possibly for the Houthis. I don't know it's very complicated but the

Ukraine aid itself what is its status right now good evening to you well good

evening John well it's been months now since Congress has approved any U.S. funding for

Ukraine and keep in mind this is not just aid for the Ukrainian military this is

also humanitarian aid this is also aid to replenish U.S. weapons stocks. This is also money that goes to bolstering U.S. forces and supporting them all over Europe. And not to mention the fact that the bill that's envisioned by the White House here also has

aid for Israel, Taiwan, and because of the insistence of the Republican Party,
