Mackender International Relations. One anecdote during the day in Ukraine, there was a video of a soldier

looking very neat with a little beard sitting on an armored personnel carrier or a Bradley tank.

I couldn't tell from the video was a tight close-up on him and there were huge baskets of popcorn

next to him and he was eating them with one hand while he was on his phone with the other and

the explanation was we're running out of popcorn. Meeting there, enjoying whatever was going on

and rost off at the time. So a sense of humor, of course, Keefe is also in the midst of the

Well, I just on the popcorn, I think the clear answer is that Mr. Biden has to be persuaded to

increase airlifts of American popcorn to Ukraine because what's happened is that two days ago,

we were reading that the Ukrainian offensive was stopped or it was flagging, that the Russian

troops had learned a lot. They had certain new weapons, particularly their use of mines and

cluster munitions. We're very effective against Ukrainians. The Ukrainians had no air power, thanks to

a series of wise decisions on our side. And it looked as if this war might go on forever.

And then what happens? The head of the most powerful force, the one that's really been kicking

these Ukrainians around. And it is very unlikely. We'll have to find out what the

pregoation really thinks. He talks like a red hot Russian nationalist imperialist. He's not

so the saying, well, we have to compromise with the Ukrainians. But of course, what he's done is

kick out all of the support from under the Russian military effort. And given the situation,

it's a very, very complex political situation in Russia, no one's going to be in a position to

revive this offensive. And I think people are going to say, a potent lie about this, he did it for
