So what is their point of view before they launch?

Well, I think you've summed it up pretty clearly.

I'm not sure that there is going to be a starting gun fired at which point a multi-front offensive begins.

I'm more inclined to think that they're going to operate by moving through the multitude of capillaries, political and military capillaries, that fill the whole battlefield area,

fighting a bit here, fighting a bit there, paying great attention to shaping the battlefield, to destroying the Russian command and control and lines of communication and so forth.

And that as they have shown throughout the war, given the weakness of the Russians, and given the fact that the Ukrainian military build-up has now got them almost to the status of being a NATO, a completely NATO compatible.

And they're going to have more missiles, longer-range missiles now, which is going to enable them to hit the rear of the Russian forces, which up to now have been free of attack.

And that will be devastating because logistics and storage between the Russians can't run this war by sending trains down from Russia every 12 hours with whatever the forces need.

And they have to pre-position stuff, and the Ukrainians are very well positioned now to get rid of that.
