What I've read is that in negotiations with the president's counselor, Steve Whitkoff,

and of the president of Russia's counselor, that would be Kirill Demetriev,

the Russians have repeatedly made these demands.

One, Mr. Kiev, Mr. Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, must depart with his administration.

Two, there will be no territorial concessions.

Russian and Russia claims it annexes Zaporizia, Kersan, Donetsk and Luhansk, along with Crimea.

And three, Ukraine must disarm, stay disarmed, and not join NATO.

Are there additional demands from Moscow that you can help me with good
