looking at the world as spring comes on to Perth Australia. We're both looking at

Europe, however. There are dots on the map that indicate what I will call disunion.

I begin with a headline out of Europe, London.

Britain's suspension of arms to Israel causes White House rift, that

is the London Telegraph. And then we have a headline out of Asia.

This is about Vladimir Putin.

Ukraine demands Mongolia arrest visiting Putin.

Vladimir Putin is in Mongolia, Ullenbatore, greeted warmly and ceremonially by the Prime Minister of

Mongolia.

At the same time, Mongolia is a signator to a treaty that obliges it to make an arrest of any wanted

criminal, the international criminal court, international criminal justice.

And what we're looking at here is criminal justice.

And what we're looking at here is Mongolia ignoring its duties according to Ukraine.

We have other disunion moments, however, so I'll mention them.

In Ukraine, the crash of the F-16 last week to what we're told right now is friendly fire.

The investigation continues.

One of six F-16s, it took more in a year to be delivered is now discouraging everyone to give more arms

into Ukraine or let's say to say they'll give fewer arms in Ukraine.
