International Relations. Come any on five capitals, five points of view in the Ukraine conflict,

the European War, the global North War, the World War. We go to Washington, recovering

from the holiday period, and yet Professor Washington is feeding weapon systems into

the conflict. As of yet, they've held back some weapon systems, but each time they hold

one back, it becomes on the list for next ship going over to Asia or the next, going over

to Europe or the next arsenal to be unlocked and provided to the Ukrainians. Right now,

the Washington is saying a Bradley Fighting vehicle, which can be called a light tank,

a fighting vehicle, and the Patriot missile system is being approved to be transferred

from one state to another. I think Germany's sending one in. But Ukraine wants the M1 Abrams

tank. Ukraine wants high-performance aircrafts. Ukraine wants bombers. Ukraine wants everything

to win this war. Does Washington, at this point, have a way of resisting the escalation

that appears to be underway?

Well, I think that anything that Washington does other than let Ukraine be defeated leads

to escalation because the Russians, if Ukraine doesn't go down, then the Russians are either

defeated themselves, or they have to redouble their efforts. What I see here is, I think we

have a two very different and non-intersecting streams in Washington. We have our military
