I'm John Master, President Zelensky came to the White House, came to the United Nations,

and a victory plan.

As far as I can see it all sums up in a headline I saw in the

Wall Street Journal America shrugged. There is no more offensive in the

springtime talk, nothing like that, not even talk about using storm shadows that's

been forbidden by the the White House so what we have here is Ukraine completely

outmanned and outgunned without a future.

offensive that the winter time is is going to favor the Russians. Is there any

indication that you see that he's ready to negotiate? Well he's already started to negotiate not directly but he's laid out

his so-called five-point victory plan which is a bit of a joke because he's saying that the

victory is to get to a negotiating

table which was always available to him.

So he started with that and that victory plan has certain terms and conditions attached to it including Russia

giving up all of its territory including Crimea and so on to give that to Ukraine. None of that's going to happen. He also insists as part of that

that Putin himself be tried for war crimes, that's not going to happen. So the reality is that he's starting with the impossible in his conditions that

have been laughed at even by the US. Of course we saw that he the best he could do was to try to if you like

bargain with the Biden Harris administration by supporting presidential candidate, Vice President Harris in

displays of support for her in Pennsylvania that really is not going to influence the outcome of the U.S.

election, so they're not giving him a lot of credit for that.
