We have this chaos.

Jihadist rebels capture Eastern Syria's Darazur from U.S.-backed Kurdish-led forces.

That's violence.

Senior White House official says U.S. troops to remain in Syria after Assad's fall. That's violence. U.S. says it will recognize the

new Syrian regime if it renounces terror and supports women. That is a bridge too far, my understanding.

These are jihadists.

And one more detail.

Russia's spirited Assad out of Syria in secure manner,

according to Moscow's deputy FM reveals.

So Assad is now confirmed to be in Moscow.

Behind is chaos.

I'll start with the sharp end of the stick.

The rebel, so-called, whatever they are, HTS and other entities that are gathered together, are said to be in combat with the YPG, that's the

Kurds in Syria, allied with the United States. That's the same area of the country that the U.S. launched

airstrikes against over the weekend, B-52s, F-15s, A-10s, a so-called ISIS strike in the Bediah Desert.

This doesn't promise to be calmed down, calming down any time soon. Do you read it that way, Jeff?
