We have a sizable deployment of U.S. military personnel and contractors and families

in South Korea right now. The situation in Seoul is completely

non-transparent. I have no idea where this is going. I did hear in the Financial Times podcast

yesterday or the day before that there are generals in the R.O.K.

Who say, who tell the media they will refuse orders from the president of the country, President Youn, who has not been removed.

And the last time I checked, there are not the votes to remove him because his party is refusing to vote with the opposition.

What is the risk to the U.S. personnel and then we'll get to the whole peninsula?
