Hello, my chickens.

So this week, or do something a little bit different, it's been amazing to look at the numbers

and see that so many new people are listening to the podcast and I'm excited to have our

little flock grow.

It's now quite a large flock.

I know that some of you who are new to the podcast may not know so much about me or my

story, kind of where I came from.

And so today, what I'm going to share with you is a little bit about that story and

what you're going to hear was originally recorded as a video for my email list.

So those of you who are on my email list know that I send out little extra teachings

and lessons and video sometimes.

And so that's where this came from.

That's not going to affect what you're going to learn from it, but you will hear me

mention that there was a link in the email.

So at the end of this recording, I'm just going to give you the link that was sent in the
