Hello, hello my chickens. So I am having one of those days when you know those days you just

0:41.5

have a really hard time buckling down and getting your shit done, right? And you know often when this

experience all the time, which y'all are still experiencing all the time, which is kind of stressed

1:37.4

out procrastination and dread, right? That used to be like my dominant working emotional state.

1:43.4

And I really don't experience that anymore. It's kind of like a faint memory at this point,

1:46.6

which is so crazy. But yeah, I still have trouble focusing and getting stuff done once in a while.

1:51.8

But what's really different is how I treat myself about it. Right? I don't beat myself up. I don't

1:57.5

catastrophize. I don't make it mean that I'm wasting my potential and I'm never going to succeed in

life. And I don't torture myself with like this vision of what life would be like if I was perfectly

2:07.3

efficient. Right? And so that's kind of the reason that I want to tell you that's in addition to
