outcome. Hi, my name is Osara and you know, and I coach entrepreneurial leaders. I got into

coaching about three years ago because I was in search of a coach for myself. I was at a major

inflection point, had a business and case management. I knew I didn't want to do that long term. I was

kind of just looking to have a conversation about what my options were and the people that

typically are around me that service advisors were not cutting it. I needed someone who was

unbiased and that's kind of how I found coaching. So I got a coach, worked through that, loved the

process, realized that this is the thing that I should be doing and I should have been doing my
