I am so excited this week.

I decided that I wanted to basically just always want to hang out with my friend Rachel.

You hear me talk about her on the podcast all the time.

She is my best friend that I've stalked to be my best friend, my platonic soul mate,

and also the only person that basically can effectively coach me without wanting to

kill herself, other than Brooke, Castillo.

And so we are going to talk today.

We're going to basically just shoot the shit, but we have some.

We want it to be helpful to you.

We have a format.

We're actually going to each share three things that we learned from each other.

I think I wanted to do this episode for a couple of reasons.

Number one, I just like to hang out with Rachel.

Number two, we have some real good back and forth.

We could have like a traveling vaudeville podcast show, I feel like.

Like people would pay to watch this pattern.
