And right now we're in those first few weeks of the COVID-19 spread.

And it's hard to know what's going to be happening in the next few weeks when this

But at the same time, it actually doesn't matter at all because the whole point of thought

work is that it's not the circumstances that create our feelings, right?

It's always our thoughts and we always get to choose how we want to think, how we want

to show up and what we want to feel.

And everything I teach applies in a time of peace and in a time of pandemic, right?

Because it's always about we can't control the outside.

If you are observing your mind, it's such a fascinating exercise to watch how your

experience can ricochet, right, from panic to totally fine, depending on what you
