| 1:07.0 | Now, let's get back to business. So here's the bottom line. Entrepreneurs both novice and experience all know that one of the things that tends to happen with a lot of entrepreneurs is fatigue and burnout. |
| 1:23.0 | We as entrepreneurs are some of the hardest working people on the planet and we're all so driven to achieve our goals that a lot of times we can compromise our health, our quality of life, and our fitness on our path to pursuing business success. |
| 1:39.0 | Now, what I'm here to tell you today is that you can achieve all of your business goals without compromising your quality of life or your health in the process. |
| 1:49.0 | And in fact, these tips that I'm going to give you today are going to help you not only achieve your goals faster, but they're going to give you the energy to actually enjoy the results and the outcomes that you're going to go ahead and create as you build and grow your business. |
| 2:04.0 | You know, I get questions from people all the time. Kelly, do you ever sleep? You know, people see me, they're like, you're podcasting, you're speaking, you're on the radio, you're doing this, you're doing that. |
| 2:14.0 | Like, when do you sleep? And the truth is is I get a minimum of seven, but almost exclusively, do I get eight hours of sleep each and every night? |
| 2:23.0 | However, what I will tell you is that I am ruthless with my time. I'm a wife, I'm a mom, I'm a business owner, it's really easy to get exhausted and burnt out. |
| 2:34.0 | And what I want to make sure that happens for you guys is that you zip all of that up, you raise your energy and you can not only pursue your business goals, but take care of your family and being good health to enjoy the outcomes and results that you create. |
| 2:49.0 | So let's talk about the five things that you can do to raise your energy practically overnight. The first thing is drink more water. I cannot even begin to express how simple this one tip is and how much it will raise your energy and improve your overall health. |
| 3:05.0 | You probably don't even realize that you are chronically dehydrated. Most people are and it gives you headaches. It makes you feel tired. You can't think clearly. There's a lot of effects of dehydration and you've probably been dehydrated for so long that you have no idea how good you could be feeling if you just hydrated your brain a little bit. |
| 3:26.0 | So the first tip I'm going to give you for today is get that big old water bottle or big glass and keep it by your desk all day long as soon as you get through it, go back and refill it again and again plus the fact that added bonus you have to get up out of your desk chair and move for a couple of minutes, which is another big tip that we have for you. |
| 3:46.0 | The second big one here, guys, you guessed it is going to be exercise. Now I understand that not everybody listening is an exercise fanatic or a gym rat. You don't have to be all I'm asking you to do is break out little segments of your day, five minutes here, five minutes there, where you're run up and down the stairs a couple times, you go for a walk around your property or around the building where you work, do something to get out of your desk and get moving. |
| 4:13.0 | There's nothing better to clear your head and to give you clarity and focus to re energize and plow through the work that you have in front of you, then getting some exercise, which is going to raise your energy immediately give you more clarity and it's going to help you to achieve the goals at hand. |
