Hey, everybody. Quick bonus episode here as I sit at home in a biblical snowstorm here in the Pacific Northwest, inspired

by the ultramarathon racing that occurred this weekend. After watching Ara Vipa's amazing coverage

of the Black Canyon 100K yesterday, I called up the men's champion, my friend, Tyler Green, the pride of Portland,

Oregon, to hear about the lead up to the race, the race itself, and how he is looking

ahead now towards Western states since he has officially secured a coveted golden ticket

into the most important ultra in North America.

Tyler is the first two-time guest of the show.

We recorded that just after we'd both gone after the Wonderland Trail, FKT, around Mount

Rainier this past August. That episode will give you a lot more information in terms of
