there's about, I mean, just my opinion, there's like 20 iconic people in the mortgage business

that I've had the pleasure of either knowing personally or

kind of knowing. And you're one of them. And I just think what you've done with your show,

the podcast is excellent, the coaching. I just think it's awesome. So I really have a lot of respect

for you. And we did develop a great friendship. I remember the first time we met up in Tahoe at one of your events and we set outside for like five hours.
