we talked to you last. Even in the darkest and bleakest times I like to maintain some level of gallows humor as we all

know we had the debate Thursday night so obviously there was a lot going on in the debate.

When the debate happened, you know, kind of when it happened in the calendar, we had all these

Supreme Court cases coming out.

That is under Kate's purview.

So when we did the Instapod last week,

I think we were recording within maybe three or four minutes after when the debate ended.

So you got a very raw take much sooner than, certainly in my experience, we do and we were I think pretty frank with

how it went and it went you know it was terrible and we have seen over the last

week that that has not changed.

And as we, you know, it's funny.

I noticed something, as you know, I've tried to share my thoughts with you over the
