Instapod right after the conclusion of the presidential debate. They finished

about five minutes ago. It didn't go great. I think you got to say that and that was a bit of a surprise to me.

We have seen Joe Biden in others of these you know kind of tent, high stakes situations.

The Biden campaign put out like halfway through the debate that he has a cold.

That's clearly true.

He was horse.

That, you know, made him sound bad through the entire debate.

There's just no getting around that.

And beyond just his voice, he was not focused. He just wasn't. And my impression was, I mean the first 20 minutes or so were very rough. He definitely got better over the course of the debate. I think he was landing punches on Donald Trump in the second half

particularly right at the end, but need to be honest that these what shapes the impressions of these debates is, you know, like the first half hour or so and it didn't go well.

Donald Trump, as we would expect, said all sorts of nonsensical stuff, you know, wouldn't agree to accept the

results of the election, made up, you know, thing after thing, But for most of the time, Joe Biden was really not able to call him

out on those things.
