Herman attended Culinary school, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Economics at UCSC, and has several years of prior experience in sales/client acquisition. In his free time his passion for hospitality carries over to climbing, yoga, discussing philosophy, creating dishes and going to new restaurants, wineries, breweries, and pretty much anywhere somebody is doing something exciting within the field of hospitality. So we're going to bring in two team leaders, Levi and Herman. These two gents and I, approximately what, three weeks ago, a month went to Honduras together.

It feels like one of those things that happened, like, outside of space and time.

I mean, it did because we were coming straight out of that pandemic and it's been a psychotic time.

But yeah, I mean, we jumped on a plane and we went to Honduras.

And I wanted to bring you in a couple of reasons.
