quite overweight, yo-yo dieting up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down. It made me all the way up to 290 pounds before I decided it was time to take all the skills that I had learned in my professional life, apply them to my personal life, and get the weight off for good. So none of the loss of weight, I have been successfully keeping it off and maintaining the exact same weight. And now I'm a weight loss coach, and I work with people to help them achieve the same level of weight. I have been successfully keeping it off and maintaining the exact same weight.

I like to share experiences.

I like to share knowledge from my own weight loss journey from those of others because I, you know, hear so many stories. Every day, I hear stories of people struggling. I hear stories of people being successful. I hear the stories of people that have lost the weight and kept it off. I hear stories of people that have lost the weight and re-gained it. And I want to

1:28.6

share so much of that information with you because of a simple truth. Success leaves clues.

1:40.1

Success leaves a trail of breadcrumbs on how to get there.

1:45.8

One of the problems I have with the weight loss industry is everything is being represented

1:51.1

as a one-size-fits-all solution.

1:52.8

Oh, if you do this diet, you will have the results.

1:55.6

If you do that diet, you'll have the results.

1:57.7

My favorite thing whenever I was losing weight and something I hear a lot from so many people is a frustration, a common point of frustration is whenever you tell people you're losing weight, all of a sudden, everybody has an opinion. All of a sudden, everybody's like, well, you know, you could be doing this and you'll lose weight. Oh, how much weight have you lost? I've lost 15 pounds. Oh, how long did it take you? It took me three months. Oh, you really? Oh, really? That's all you've lost?

You know, you should really be doing that. Gosh, isn't that so frustrating. It's so frustrating how people are either saying you're not losing it fast enough

2:34.9

or they're saying you're losing it too fast. It's so frustrating how people are either saying you're not losing it fast enough
