0:39.6	Air Force, and is passionate about serving and advocating for the military. Cynthia, thank you for being
0:44.8	on the show today. Hey, thanks for having me. Before we jump into Operation Code and your partnership
0:51.3	specifically with Treehouse, tell me a little bit about you.
0:54.9	Yeah, gosh, Enigma, honestly. I'll keep it short. I was in the Air Force Reserves for six years.
1:00.6	I was also a 15-year active duty military spouse. So during that time, you know, being dual military
1:07.2	and raising three kids, during the surge of Iraq and Afghanistan. That was definitely
1:13.0	a difficult time. I spent the first 15 years of my career as a licensed clinical social worker,
1:17.9	so I specifically focused on like substance and addiction use and trauma before my time and service.
1:24.7	And in 2008, you know, decided to make a career change. And it's really come
1:29.8	full circle. So I started my career in journalism, media, and then tech, got out of the service
1:35.6	in 2014, spent a couple years in working in TV and film production, doing a lot of video
1:41.5	on demand, digital streaming, and 3D motion graphics.
1:46.9	Very quickly transitioned into software application and more of the tech space in 2016.
1:53.9	I'm a founder of Rebirth Media and also the co-host of the veteran founder podcast.
1:59.0	So I came to Operation Code in 2019. I was working and living in
2:03.5	Belgium at the time and needed some code help on some projects I was working on. And I like to say
