After an entire adulthood of chronic yo-yo diet.

Up, down, up, down again, before I finally got sick and tired of being sick and tired.

And I made some permanent, meaningful, and actual changes to my lifestyle, habits, routines,

to my environment, my community, into my system of beliefs. All of these things

create me and they create you too, by the way. And when I started making changes to those,

I started actually changing my life. But not in a little temporary way, not in a way that

result in some weight loss that I would then later put back on. No, no.

The real deal.

The kind where I take it all the way to the end.

The time where I don't stop losing weight because I quit or because I gave up or because I got too frustrated.

It led to the time where I stopped losing weight because I was done.

I had done it.
