So the only energy we had was just to focus on getting the job done. In particular, I mean, in a business like real estate, it's part for the course. You know they're saying real estate when somebody, when you speak to some of these folks like they really stepped up and say hey how can we help and they really meant it it really

kind of separated like oh these are the people who are truly decent people and really wanted to help out

and then the folks who were like oh well it was just all a facade when we were the biggest baddest

company on the block right but for the good folks i mean one of the best, right? But for the good folks, I mean,

one of the best things that happened was from the competitors that were truly helpful, they actually help with some of our, with some of our job placement needs. So they were like, hey, like, look, well, when the company, who are the people who you think would be a good fit here? And every company has a different culture. So we literally like pick and chose like, okay, well, This personality type will work well with this type of leaders.

So we got them placed at that company over there, or they wrote them a recommendation letter for that company over there. And the same for this different personality type here, where it's going to be the best home where we feel like our sales team, who now needs a new opportunity, will be treated just as good as we treated them.
