1:22.7 | within the prisons themselves, which of course is not surprising, is they are complaining |
1:28.8 | to the very people that are abusing them, or the people that are employing their abusers. |
1:37.6 | And as far as the public goes, well, the complaints are easily ignored because those being abused |
1:44.3 | are many times not people that garner sympathy from the public or the media for that matter, |
1:49.8 | due to the fact that the abused are convict and felons, some of which are those who have |
1:55.8 | committed unspeakable violence against others, so it is a much, much more tenable proposition |
2:02.3 | for us, mentally, to think to ourselves, well, they deserve it, or even that the treatment |
2:09.3 | of these people may be justified, but they don't deserve it, and it's not justified, |
