Alright, welcome to the docket for Sunday by the Fence Diaries. I am your host Bob Mata and this is our continuing coverage of the people versus Richard Allen.

Honestly, me being a Chicago attorney, I was not aware of my guests background in this history as a criminal defense attorney.

So, and as a 20 plus year practitioner myself and me being the son of a defense attorney, it's in my blood.

So, I always enjoy meeting other defense bar guys and in this gentleman in particular has quite the track record.

It's funny you mentioned we met on Halloween because before I went up there, I had consulted with a number of lawyer friends and asked them if it would be inappropriate if the judge addressed me.

Really funny then, and I was actually hoping that you bring it up because I repeated it privately a couple of times.

So, I thought it was very funny. So, all right, why don't you tell the people a little bit about yourself.

As I said, you know, going into that hearing, I obviously knew that you had entered your limited appearance on behalf of Andy Baldwin and that you had filed your, you know, your memorandum

regarding the possible disqualification of counsel. And, you know, that was really my first introduction to you.

And, obviously, when I read that, you know, because just watching that whole thing develop from on the sidelines was very frustrating for me as a criminal defense attorney and understanding due process of the law and understanding six amendment rights of the defendant.

You know, just watching it kind of develop and kind of getting a sense of where it was going was frustrating for me.

You know, and I had been messaging Brad Rosie on his Facebook messenger.

I wouldn't say frequently, but I messaged him a few times because I've been very active on YouTube with respect to my position on what I thought was going on.

And how he thought that Rick Allen was being denied a fair trial or was about to be in the process of being denied a fair trial and denied his six amendment rights to the counsel of his choice.
