Real quick look at everything, all the headlines, as you start your day and the show starts right now.

And we always start with the top story this morning on most sites this massive protest in the Middle East. Tens of thousands of

Israelis have been in the streets demanding a ceasefire after six more

hostages were found dead in Gaza. Many, many more went on strike yesterday,

hundreds of thousands, and now about 11 months

into this war, this general nationwide strike

is threatening to basically cripple the economy.

I read the President Biden was calling on Israeli

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to do more to end the war and in response Netanyahu

said quote no one is more committed to freeing the hostages than me

no one will preach to me on this issue.

I also read that several thousand demonstrators gathered outside of his private home

in Jerusalem yesterday chanting Deal Now. Again, it's been nearly a year since this began and tensions are extremely high.

All right, okay, getting into sports lots here.

First, one of the big ones to break over the weekend,

Ricky Pierceall of the San Francisco 49ers

was shot during an attempted robbery.

This happened Saturday afternoon,

and he was released from the hospital on Sunday.

He was shot in the chest, but according to his mom, it missed all of his vital organs.
