Michael Cohen testified in Donald Trump's criminal trial in New York yesterday.

Trump's former attorney is the star witness in prosecutor's efforts to link Trump to a hush money plot.

Yesterday, Cohen said Trump approved a payment to the adult film actress Stormy Daniels in 2016

to keep her quiet about their alleged one night stand.

For weeks, the jury has heard witness after witness

testify that no one likes Cohen.

They've been told he's difficult, dishonest, aggressive, and even a jerk. But on the witness stand, Cohen

came across as calm and professional, answering each question slowly and with detail. That tone

could change later this week.

Once cross-examination begins, Trump's lawyers are expected to try to destroy Cohen's credibility.

And yesterday, Trump once again complained about the trial, speaking to the press outside

the courtroom.

It's dishonest. It's a disgrace to New York. It's a disgrace to the country.

I should be out campaigning now instead of sitting in a very cold

courthouse. Cohen is expected to continue his testimony this morning.
