And we always start with the top story yesterday.

Hurricane Barrel hit Texas.

The latest numbers I've seen this morning say that nearly 3 million people in the Houston area are without power.

For a lot of those folks, it's going to take days or even weeks before it's restored, which is very dangerous given the extremely high temperatures they're looking at.

If you remember, Houston was hit with the deadly storms back in May,

so two months later they're reliving the nightmare.

It's so tragic.

Authorities are warning residents that the flooding will most likely last for days.

As of now, it's reported that at least seven people in Texas lost their lives due to this storm.

It's very, very scary, very sad.

Barrel now a tropical storm continues to dump tons and tons of rain on Texas and Louisiana

as it moves northeast.

It's expected to pass through Arkansas today.

Pest up. today. People are saying that Jessica Springsteen was snubbed if you don't know the name

she's an equestrian that earned a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics.

She's also Bruce Springsteen's daughter. The equestrian team was

announced yesterday and she's not a part of it.

I don't know that world at all but people seem confused by that decision she was left off.
