ABC News, I'm Stephanie Officer. About 50 million people from Virginia to Massachusetts are dealing with blizzard condition.

Roughly, 500,000 of them do not have power as winds in some areas reach 60 miles an hour.

In New York City, the conditions have improved since the early morning.

So far, this storm has dropped 16 to 19 inches on most parts of our city,

with parts of eastern Staten Island reporting over 24 inches of snow.

Sources tell ABC News, the masked man seen on Nancy Guthrie's doorbell camera February 1st when the 84-year-old was kidnapped,

had actually been there before.

The image the FBI released of the suspect at her doorstep without a backpack was captured by her nest doorbell camera the prior day.

The FBI said the images of the suspect with the backpack are from the morning of her disappearance Sunday, February 1st,

when Guthrie failed to show up to watch a virtual church service.
