The Pima County Sheriff's Department says they're looking into the possible ransom notes as part of the investigation into Nancy Guthrie's disappearance.

ABC affiliate KGUN says it received one of the letters which it forwarded to police.

Officials determining if any of the letters are legit, as the frantic search to find the 84-year-old mother of the Today Show hosts Savannah Guthrie continues.

When Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos was asked by ABC News if a ransom demand has come in, he would only say his teams are following all leads.

But he says there is no DNA to indicate who else was in the home, no information on cars seen in the

area, no tire tracks or footprints. Nanos saying, Nancy was taken from her home against her

wheel, and that's where we're at. He says her racing to hopefully find her alive, but they don't know

where she is. The FBI is analyzing cell phone and cell tower data in the area.

Asked about nationalizing elections.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt today saying President Trump, quote,

believes in the United States Constitution.

However, he believes there has been fraud that has taken place in American elections, unquote.

What the president was referring to is the SAVE Act, which is a huge common sense piece of legislation

that Republicans have supported that President Trump is committed to signing into law during his term.

And he spoke with the speaker directly about that yesterday, about the need to get that bill on the floor for a vote because it provides very common sense measures for voting in our country, such as voter ID.

An AVF 35C fighter jet shot down a Shahid drone in the Arabian Sea today.

What we do know from US officials is that that drone was flying

and making maneuvers aggressively towards the ship. And even when the U.S. military said it took
