In addition to the agreed drawdown of federal immigration agents in Minnesota, the Trump administration will also ensure all their federal officers have body cameras to record encounters with detainees.

What Holman talked about this morning was that some of the agents here already have body cameras, some didn't, and when he arrived, he thought that that disparity was strange and that some of the agents themselves were asking for body-worn cameras. So I think you can expect those cameras

There is a sense that more concrete things are being discussed at these talks, but fundamentally the problem is the sticking point of territory remains so large that it's very hard to see
