Dave and Chuck the Freak. Flying is universally considered a horrible

experience and for a while there we kind of were speaking out about it. Let our

voices be heard. This sucks. Yeah. You guys you got to get it together. Well, the

airlines keep getting worse and I guess they finally broken our spirit. We've lost

the will to complain. Their annual survey of quality ratings for the airlines came

out. They found the quality of flying went down again. Oh, but the number of

complaints also went down. So even though they're getting worse, we're complaining

less about it. Wow. Just what who are you going to complain to? On-time arrivals were

worse last year than in 2012. So were the rates of mishandled luggage. But the

complaints have dropped for all of it. Virgin America was rated the best U.S.

airline. The rest of the top five jet blue, Hawaiian Delta and Alaska. I just

see Delta in the top five. At worst American Eagle followed by Sky West

expressed yet united and frontier as the worst airline. And now a lot of the
