says a former high ranking Wayne County official convicted of corruption spent 10,000

bucks on hair plugs for himself before his wedding. The disclosure was made in a court

filing yesterday as prosecuted prosecutors recommended at least 14 years in prison

for Michael Grundy who returns to Detroit federal court next month. The hair plugs were

listed as part of his lavish spending through kickbacks when he was assistant county executive

and head of health choice, a public health program for the needy. He was accused of making

himself richer by having a contractor boost up the invoices. Oh, yeah. And then pass
