Welcome back, friends, to another episode of Everyday Truth. We're in First Kings

Chapter 15 today. I want to show you this fancy mug that Marjorie Jacobs brought in to

give me today. Just what a blessing. And she personalized it. It says Pastor Skelly on the

backside of it here as an acronym.

And then a bunch of great biblical words starting with each letter and a verse that goes with it.

Really appreciate it. Hey, First Kings 15 today in your Bible. Remember, we're calling this series

the good, the bad, and the ugly. And we're going to begin talking about kings a little bit more

rapid fire than we have been. Just because now that we're going to begin talking about kings a little bit more rapid fire than we have been,

just because now that we kind of get in the book, we spend a lot of time on Solomon,

because the Bible spends a lot of time on Solomon.

And we've spent a little bit of time now on Jeroboam because the Bible spends a little bit of time on Jeroboam.

But for the next few kings, we're basically going to cover a king per episode

because it begins to move a little bit more quickly.

And we're going to see a couple bad ones and a couple good ones.

And we're going to jump into that here in chapter 15. I want you also to understand that
