Hey everybody, Anne Kelly here.

As you may have noticed, Sue and I have been taking some time to catch up with ourselves.

And during this time, we've had the opportunity to really reflect on where we are and where

we'd like to go.

You know, sometimes you just have to get out of the weeds to see the path, and that's

what we've been doing, and it's been really effective.

And during this time, we've been able to share some of your favorite episodes again for

rediscovery.

This content is such that often it takes a few times through to sort of really be able

to grasp it, to be able to apply it to your everyday lives.

But with our pause, though, we are excited to say that we're both rejuvenated and resource,

and we will be launching Season 6 November 2nd.

So in the meantime, we're going to bring back the three episodes that are most requested,

Episodes 59, 60, and 61, because those are our core episodes around the different attachment

styles.

And we think this is a really good jumping off point where as we continue in our new season

to revise and update our working theories, it'll be great for everyone to have just have

it really refreshed in their minds.
