Hey guys, welcome back to Thick and Thin with me, Katie Bilotti, and it is first thing in the morning right now.

I still have some remnants of Morning Voice to get out of my system so apologies for that

but I'm about to catch a train actually in about an hour and a half I'm heading

to the train station good old pun station to catch a, to go home for the holidays and I just can't believe it.

I mean I feel like everyone says this but it's so valid.

The holiday season came out of nowhere this year.

It's snuck up, it's here. It's like we're already

preparing to get rid of our Christmas trees and like I mean Hanukkah is here

everything is just all of a sudden here and it's crazy to me and I like it just

was unbeked to me that Christmas was like this week

which is what I celebrate and I literally had to go gift shopping late last night

like had to get remnants of things that I just you you know, I had in my head that I was going

to get and I didn't think I had to get it yet. And then I was like, wait a second, my train is tomorrow morning and I need to be

like home and whatever. I have a gift swap actually with my one side of my family tonight

which doesn't feel real because I'm sitting in my New York City apartment right now and tonight I'm

going to be in a family home in Maryland exchanging gifts so it's just so strange anyway I think

someone did say to me though that Thanksgiving was late this year or something

about how the calendar fell it seemed later or it truly was later and so that being said we had less time

in between Thanksgiving and this week or this week of holidays. I don't want to say

Christmas only but you know you know what I mean when I say

Christmas I mean everything. So anyway regardless we are here we're
