Hey guys, welcome back to thick and thin with me Katie Bolotti and I know I said

I was gonna put out this episode on like Tuesday on Instagram and now it's

Friday and I'm not recording it because I had a crazy week a lot

happened this week and the podcast just got slowly pushed to the back burner which

is very sad because ideally I'd love for this to be top of mind every day but as we know my

style is kind of based on my experiences I talk about them and although I've gone

back and forth for a very long time about what I want my

podcast to be like, I've decided that I think my thing is just living my life

doing what I do and then just talking to you guys about my experiences and the

takeaways things I've learned and occasionally

throwing in some historical stuff because we know, we all know, I love that stuff.

So anyway, today's episode is no exception from what typically happens on here.
