Summary

This self-reflection meditation offers a gentle yet powerful space to explore your relationship with Satya (truthfulness), as taught in the Yoga Sutras. Through guided introspection, you'll examine your thoughts, words, and actions, identifying areas where you may be compromising your own truth. This practice encourages self-compassion and understanding, allowing you to approach your self-inquiry with honesty and kindness, rather than judgment.
