How are you doing?

I hope you are enjoying your challenge this week.

How are you doing as you rely on yourself?

You may notice that you're not able to rely on yourself

so easily unless you have some structure.

And once you have the structure for your day,

for how you'll live your life, regardless of what comes your way,

then you can easily think how you'll squeeze things in,

how you'll make things happen.

And so you are able to rely on yourself.

Without this structure, there are no boundaries.

And this is when you get on other people's schedule.

This is when you start to feel overwhelmed.
