Hi, this is Kaisanga and I welcome you this Friday to Radio Headspace.

So many of you may or may not know that I grew up in New York City.

It was a huge part of the foundation of my upbringing.

I lived in the Bronx and went to school in Harlem.

My neighborhood was pretty rough, a bit volatile if you will, but it instilled in me a great deal of character.

The other day I was reminiscing with my brother and cousin about the many crazy adventures we got into in our youth.

Most of them were harmless, nothing too dangerous.

And then there were a few that just make me cringe thinking about them.

I think we all have those kinds of cringe worthy memories.

So as I was talking with my brother and cousin about these different situations and memories,

it brought to mind for me the idea of this inner system of guidance that we all possess inside of us.

It's called our intuition.

Our intuition is kind of that instinctive feeling that kicks in during certain moments.

This feeling is trying to help us to make the wise choice, the wise decision.
