This can be a challenge, especially as we're going through a pandemic

and a lot of other disruption.

In the United States, where I live,

we are at the tail end of a presidential election process,

which has been grueling to say the least. So I thought we could use a little

relief by looking at what is going on in the world that brings hope and peace and harmony.

So this week you'll be exploring that. As in each week's series you have a

challenge. This is something I encourage you to do every single day. You may not be able to sit down and meditate each day.
