0:28.8	Well, I think we might have a genuine debate today because I was reading your piece about
0:33.9	the disqualifications, the ballot disqualifications for Trump.
0:38.3	Before we get into the sort of substance of the matter, where do things stand right now
0:41.9	as it relates to states excluding former President Trump from the ballot?
0:47.6	Yeah, a little complicated because he has so many kind of legal troubles that are popping up these days.
0:53.8	So the Supreme Court has
0:56.0	decided not to take up the argument about whether he is immune from criminal prosecution,
1:02.4	but it does seem like they're going to hear a case on his disqualification from the ballot
1:09.0	under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. That came slightly after,
1:14.4	I think just a couple of days after the news broke that Maine Secretary of State determined
1:19.4	that Trump was also not eligible for the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
1:26.6	And I think we now have 18 or 20 states somewhere
1:30.8	right in that ballpark who have at least filed some kind of court challenge or some kind of
1:37.6	lawsuit where Trump is potentially being removed from the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. So there's a ton of
1:47.0	activity there. I think the Supreme Court's ruling in this case is going to be pretty much
