1:09.7	No word on if he'll plead guilty or not guilty. So for those of you who don't know who
1:12.0	Anna Kepner is or need a reminder, we did cover her on the rundown a while back, but she was
1:18.2	18 years old when she was murdered aboard the Carnival Horizon in November of last year. Sadly,
1:24.6	she was found dead in her cabin under her bed in a room that she was sharing with
1:29.1	her 16-year-old stepbrother and her 10-year-old brother. Parents were staying across the hall.
1:34.2	What they learned was that Anna had been sexually assaulted, and prosecutors alleged that this was
1:39.1	a willful, deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing. Now, the stepbrother is not being held anywhere. He's
1:46.2	staying with his uncle because his parents do not want him in the family home in Miami. Initially,
1:51.8	the stepbrother was charged as a juvenile for first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse.
