Hi and welcome to another episode of prosecuting Donald Trump.

I'm Andrew Weissman, and I'm here with Mary McCord.

Mary, how are you?

I'm well, how are you?

Well, I'm better this morning than yesterday, which was one crazy day. So what's on our agenda for this morning? So obviously we'll spend a good bit of time talking about the opinion

that the Supreme Court issued yesterday,

a unanimous opinion by the end result,

which is that Colorado does not have the power to prevent

Donald Trump from being on the presidential ballot their primary or general

but you know that 9-0 unanimity breaks down a little bit once we start to really talk about the substance of that decision.

We'll also talk about developments that happened last week in the Marilago case in terms of

potentially getting a trial date on the calendar, which we don't have yet.

And of course we'll talk about the very significant plea of Alan Weisselburg yesterday

and what impact, if any, that will have on the upcoming trial in about 20 days brought by

district attorney Alvin Bragg the Manhattan district attorney this will be the first

criminal trial of mr. Trump to actually go to trial and that of course involves the

election interference plan to pay off Stormy Daniels and falsify records of

those payments to keep her quiet during the 2016 election. So lots on our agenda.
