We guessed we might be back a second time this week and we are.

I wish we had better news to bring though. So let's dive right in.

I'm going to start by just reading the part of the Supreme Court decision yesterday.

It is a certiori granted, and then we're going to talk about the substance,

meaning what we think the court could do and Mary I know you have some really good

ideas on that and then we'll talk a little bit about timing issues so we're gonna

cover both of those but let's start I'm just going to read the pertinent parts as you said it is an order not a decision it's a

certiorary granted in Donald J Trump versus the United States the application for a stay presented to the Chief Justice

is referred by him to the court. That means that the entire court was referred

this application and the application was for a stay.
